What to Expect From The Clinical Supervision Process

  • Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, interests, and alignment with my areas of specialization in trauma-informed therapy.

We'll explore your experience with trauma, eating disorders, and related fields, as well as your aspirations as a therapist in Florida.

  • After the consultation, we will have a formal interview to assess if our supervision partnership is a good fit for your needs.

This interview will cover your clinical background, specific interests, and any challenges you're currently facing in your practice or in starting the process.

  • If we decide to move forward, we will establish a supervision agreement outlining our mutual expectations, goals, and scheduling for your clinical supervision in Casselberry or virtually.

We'll also discuss ethical guidelines and confidentiality agreements relevant to trauma-informed supervision.

  • Supervision will include regular one-on-one sessions, either virtually or in-person in Casselberry, focusing on trauma-informed care and other specialized areas.

Sessions will focus on case consultations, skill-building, and professional development tailored to your needs, whether in complex trauma, eating disorders, or women’s issues.

  • You will receive ongoing feedback to enhance your clinical skills and confidence in areas such as trauma, eating disorders, and women’s issues.

The environment will be collaborative and non-judgmental, encouraging open dialogue and continuous learning, especially for those specializing in complex trauma and women’s issues.

  • Completion of 1,500 hours of face-to-face psychotherapy with clients.

100 hours of supervision by a qualified supervisor, with at least 50 hours being individual supervision.
