Maternal Mental Health Matters
Navigating the complexities of maternal mental health is an incredibly personal journey, marked by both profound joys and unique challenges. It's important to recognize that you are not alone—
Depression can onset during pregnancy, affecting about 15% of individuals post-birth, while up to 10% grapple with significant anxiety during this transformative period. Furthermore, 1 in 3 people report experiencing a traumatic birth, with nearly 1 in 10 facing postpartum PTSD symptoms.
These statistics underscore the importance of seeking support, and finding the right fit in a therapist can make all the difference. As you navigate this delicate journey, I am here to provide the compassionate and empathetic support you deserve. Together, we can create a space for healing and growth. Don't hesitate to take that first step—reach out, and let's embark on this journey towards maternal well-being together.
